Michael Lucas in Bed With mr. Pam

NEW YORK — New York-based gay adult studio Lucas Entertainment has signed videographer mr. Pam to an exclusive contract, effective immediately. The contract comes with a new title: creative director of film and production. She is expected to relocate from San Francisco shortly.

“Pam is not only an amazing creative professional, but also a wonderful person who brings a strong positive energy to the set,” Lucas Entertainment CEO and President Michael Lucas said. “In fact, I’ve never worked with anyone who would be able to go through literal daylong shoots and keep smiling.”

mr. Pam (né Pam Doré) holds a unique position as gay adult’s only female videographer. Her adult career began at Falcon Studios in 1996 as a video editor; she was given her male nom de porn when Falcon staffers were concerned the studio’s legendary founder, Chuck Holmes, might object to a woman working behind the scenes.

She has shot and edited for Black Scorpion Video, COLT Studio Group, Hot House Entertainment, Jet Set Productions and Studio 2000, among others, and became a familiar on-camera personality when she was hired to shoot and edit NakedSword.com’s original VOD series “The Tim & Roma Show.”

“I’m obscenely comfortable being around guys fucking,” Pam told XBIZ. “I have always been a super-sexual, kind of a ‘loose’ girl. I think gay men share my adventurous nature and free sexuality. On the set, I fit into many roles: kick-ass cameraman, slutty friend or ‘Mommy’ if the boys need a hug or someone to talk with.”

She notes performers quickly key in to her open-minded nature. “I think the boys pick up on that right away and they are obscenely fucking comfortable in front of me, too. I’ll wipe their ass, clean up accidents, piss, cum — but I don’t really like feet. The boys must wipe their own feet,” she said. “That’s where I draw the line.”

mr. Pam has already shot several features for Lucas Entertainment: first up is “Brothers’ Reunion” starring Anthony Marks, Arpad Miklos and Lucas Entertainment exclusive Wilfried Knight, which wrapped production in June and streets Aug. 26.

Following in September and October is the debut title under the company’s new Lucas Raunch line, and Atlanta-shot “Flip This!”
