LOS ANGELES — Leana Lovings stars in the latest release from Vampired, titled "The Hostess 1967," which marks her first international production.
Directed by Roberto Di Suna, the feature finds Lovings "stumbling upon a large gothic mansion after getting lost in the woods at night," the synopsis reveals. "The housekeeper (Tiffany Tatum) offers her refuge, but there's something about her that doesn't seem right to Leana, who finds out too late who — or what — her hostess really is."
Lovings enthused about the release.
"To have my first scenes released from my trip to Budapest is so thrilling," said Lovings. "Elevating my performances to the international field has been hugely motivating for me, and I was deeply engaged with Romero’s concept for this piece. Becoming a vampire in the 1960s and having my teeth molded for fangs was wonderful. I’ve always loved horror-themed scenes, and it felt like this role was made for me."
The scene is streaming on Vampired.
