ASACP Names Southern Charms, Segpay, GFY.com 'Featured Sponsors' for August

LOS ANGELES — ASACP has named Southern Charms, Segpay, and GFY.com as its featured sponsors for August.

ASACP’s Executive Director Tim Henning noted that its sponsors are among the industry’s most respected companies and demonstrate how corporate responsibility, ethical business practices and simple technical measures can help protect minors and other users from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials online.

“ASACP’s diverse family of sponsors reflects the wide range of companies and business sectors that support the association’s efforts to provide a safe surfing experience for all,” Henning explained. “By working together to support the association’s vital work, industry leaders and other stakeholders can make a positive impact by protecting society’s most innocent and vulnerable members.”

These are the ASACP descriptions of its August featured sponsors:

Southern Charms

An ASACP Title Sponsor since 2003, amateur porn powerhouse Southern Charms is one of the world’s largest sites, with more than 25 years of experience in providing women over the age of 18 with an opportunity to have their own website. Accessible to adults only, Southern Charms takes pride in being a clean site that features age-verified models with releases on file for each performer.

“You will not find obscene material or underage models on Southern Charms. You will only find clean, adult, amateur fun,” said a company rep. “Please rest assured that if someone communicates to us that they are interested in underage pictures of models, we will report it to the appropriate authorities immediately.”

In addition to its support of ASACP, Southern Charms backs up its business philosophy by using RTA labeling and a clean warning page and securing explicit content within its premium members’ area.

Segpay

Since 2005, Segpay has helped high-risk businesses take payments quickly while implementing a compliance framework, and has supported ASACP since 2016 as a valued Corporate Sponsor.

“Segpay is pleased to support ASACP in the vital work it does to keep children safe,” said CEO Cathy Beardsley. "As the mother of three children myself, I believe nothing is more important than the safety of our youth. Last year, Mastercard rolled out sweeping changes validating the ages of anyone appearing in user-uploaded content. These important regulations reinforce the great work that ASACP has been doing for years.”

Beardsley noted that Segpay’s uncompromising commitment to compliance requires it to regularly review its merchants’ content to help identify, report and immediately shut down any child exploitation it discovers.

“ASACP plays a critical role in reporting any issues we uncover,” Beardsley concluded. “This oversite helps the adult industry become more accepted in mainstream society — and is good for business in general.”

GFY.com

An in-kind Media Sponsor since 2021, GFY.com is known for its lively community and uncensored discussions. GFY features a range of dedicated message boards devoted to topics ranging from casual commentary to in-depth adult and mainstream business discussions. In addition, educational forums, along with marketplaces for content, jobs, services, traffic, and more, round out the GFY experience.

Entering its 23rd year, GFY’s “Where the Industry Meets” tagline underscores its value as a veteran resource and touchpoint for the digital media business.

"ASACP is grateful to Southern Charms, Segpay and GFY for their continued commitment, generosity and leadership in supporting the association and its mission to protect minors by keeping them out of and away from adult-oriented content,” Henning said.

"ASACP’s family of sponsors are united in pursuing this goal and represent the industry’s best and brightest," he added. "We encourage other publishers, media platforms and service providers to join us in building a better future for the industry and society’s most vulnerable members.”
