Society 15 Addresses Talent Agency License Rumors

LOS ANGELES — Society 15 has addressed circulating rumors about supposed problems with their state Talent Agency License, showing proof of their full accreditation with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement’s Licensing and Registration Unit.

Last week, online reports had implied that the boutique adult agency, which represents some of the top names in the industry, had “lost their license.”

Society 15’s Randy Quintana spoke exclusively with XBIZ denying those rumors and clarifying the situation.

“Our license is indeed active,” Quintana told XBIZ. “People commenting that we lost our license implied that the license was taken from us. It was never taken from us. In the transition of the agency ownership [from Kendra Lust to Nina Elle], the filing documents were sent to a dead email we don’t use.”

The agency has since rectified the oversight and their new license has been approved.

Elle, Quintana explained, “has insisted on been hands-on from Day One, and this has been a learning process for her. So naturally, like with any new business ventures, there were hiccups, and we got past them as a team.”

XBIZ has seen a copy of the letter by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement’s Licensing and Registration Unit, confirming Society 15’s good standing as a California talent agency until July 16, 2020.
