Whitney Wisconsin Sentenced to 9 Months in Jail, Stripped of Stage Name

EAU CLAIRE, Wisc. — Whitney Wisconsin, who shot sexually explicit content in public that was later posted to adult websites, was sentenced yesterday to nine months in jail, along with one year of probation.

Eau Claire County Judge John Manydeeds sentenced Wisconsin after a jury found her guilty last month of two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of defamation.

As conditions of probation, Wisconsin cannot use her pseudonym, “Whitney Wisconsin,” or any other porn alias on the web or through apps, Manydeeds ruled.

She also cannot have a smartphone or phone with a camera or any contact with Starbucks and a local mall in Eau Claire, as well as her victims or co-defendant boyfriend, who allegedly participated in some of the videos shot in 2015.

According to the Leader-Telegram, one type of video involved the woman touching herself sexually, then asking unsuspecting males to smell the scent of her new “perfume.”

The second type of video involved Lew being involved in self-gratification at businesses while customers, who did not know what was happening, were seen in the background, the paper said.

Authorities identified Wisconsin and her boyfriend as suspects through adult websites and other online sources.

Wisconsin told police she and her boyfriend were engaged. She said that her boyfriend filmed her and took care of custom video orders.

Wisconsin, who has faced backlash in social media circles and elsewhere over YouTube videos she has shot discussing the virtues of bestiality, also must undergo a mental health assessment and follow through with any recommendations, Manydeeds ruled.

Her record is to be expunged with successful completion of probation, Manydeeds said.

Wisconsin's boyfriend’s case is scheduled for a jury trial in November.
