MyDirtyHobby Holds Member Referral Contest

LOS ANGELES — MyDirtyHobby has announced the opening of its latest competition for amateur performers.

According to the company, MyDirtyHobby hosts a number of online competitions from cam to video contests. However, this competition is pushing the social aspect rather than the adult aspect.

“MyDirtyHobby is going social and it is encouraging its amateur community to get social and start chatting with their social media followers,” explains a company spokesperson. “How is this beneficial for the amateurs you may ask? By chatting with the followers through social media, we strengthen the online community that is backing MyDirtyHobby and its amateurs.”

The spokesperson notes this helps MyDirtyHobby motivate performers to use their referral codes and show their fans that there is a sexier version of themselves that cannot be seen on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

“MyDirtyHobby is giving out some great prizes to the amateurs that compete and that bring in the most users to their profiles,” the spokesperson concludes, “with prizes such as an extra five percent revenue share for one month, opportunities to perform and earn extra cash on the #DirtySunday live shows, and last but not least MyDirtyHobby apparel.”

To qualify, entrants must be a verified performer and share their referral link (available here) during the competition, which runs June 10-30. When sharing their links to public profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, they will need to mention MyDirtyHobby in the post.

The winners will be chosen on July 3, based on the most referred member sign ups, and announced on the company’s Facebook page, Instagram account and Twitter, with the first-place winner earning an additional five percent for one month.

The winners’ status at any stage (and even after the receipt of their prizes) may be revoked if, for whatever reason, they do not fully accept the contest’s terms and conditions as a whole, which are all considered essential; in the event any of the information they provide is false; if, for any reason, the attempt to communicate with the winners after 24 hours is unsuccessful; and if for any reason the winners do not appear or appear late in receiving the prizes. In all cases of winners’ participation, the right to the prize is obtained by the next runner up selected from the draw.
