Vivid Radio's Annie Cruz Talks Montana Fishburne for Hip-HopVibe.com

LOS ANGELES — Vivid Radio host Annie Cruz is devoting her Nov. 14 Hip-HopVibe.com column to musing about Montana Fishburne.

Back in 2010 Montana, the then 19-year-old daughter of actor Laurence Fishburne made her adult debut in Vivid Entertainment’s “Montana Fishburne.”

The cover of the DVD said, “An A List Daughter Makes Her XXX Debut” and the film followed Montana as she engaged in a series of erotic adventures.

“I thought Montana was really cool,” said Cruz, whose show “The Dirtiest Girl in the World” can be heard live on Mondays from 1-2 p.m. (PST) on VividRadio.com and on Sirius XM channel 415. “I thought she had everything going for her and she truly seemed to be enjoying herself in the movie. I couldn’t wait for the next one. It seemed, however, that her life intervened.”

Cruz noted that Montana’s original goal in making the movie was to emulate Kim Kardashian.  Fishburne said at the time, “I’ve watched how successful Kim became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape by Vivid. I’m hoping the same magic will work for me. I’m impatient about getting well-known and having more opportunities.”

Cruz talks about Laurence Fishburne’s explosive reaction when he found out about Montana’s porn star debut. She then compares the aftermath of Montana’s movie with that of "Kim Kardashian" Superstar. Her column also features an exclusive clip from Vivid’s “Montana Fishburne” movie.
