XFANZ Managing Director to Moderate Silver Lake Film Festival Porn Panel

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — XFANZ Managing Director Alan Hawkins will moderate special panel discussion, "Porn: Past, Present and Future," as a part of the Silver Lake Film Festival tonight. The panel discussion starts at 8 p.m. and will be followed by an XFANZ-sponsored party. Both will take place at the Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles.

XFANZ is sponsoring the discussion as a part of its affiliation as official erotica sponsor for the Silver Lake Film Festival.

Hawkins has been Managing Director of XFANZ since its inception in October 2006. He also brings his years of experience as a webmaster, actor, improviser and movie buff to the table as moderator.

The panel will include Vivid-Alt director Eon McKai, industry legend Nina Hartley, directors Joe Galant and Ira Levine, and adult performer and director Kylie Ireland. Ireland replaces AIM co-founder Dr. Sharon Mitchell, who is unable to attend.

"It will be great to work with people Like Eon McKai and Nina Hartley," Hawkins told XBIZ. "There's a lot of great film making that happens in adult that never gets the credit it deserves. Maybe young film makers can start looking to adult directors like Michael Ninn, Joone and Ethan Kane in the future."

The Bootleg Theater is located at 2220 Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles. To RSVP for the XFANZ Erotica Party contact Joetta@xfanz.com
