Jesse Jane Reaches 1M 'Likes' on Facebook

BURBANK, Calif. — Digital Playground contract star Jesse Jane has surpassed 1 million "likes" on Facebook.

The studio says that this is a first for an adult performer.

“I am so grateful to all my fans for their ongoing support and love,” says Jane, who joined Facebook in August 2010. “Facebook provides a wonderful way for me to share my life experiences with them, and whether its feedback on a project or an appearance or even just a simple shout out, I value that connection."

Jane is coming off two major Digital Playground features this year: “Bridesmaids” and “Code of Honor.” Last year, she made CNBC’s list of “The Dirty Dozen 2012: Porn’s Most Popular Stars.”

The longtime Digital Playground star, who was cast several years ago in the blockbuster adult films “Pirates” and its sequel “Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge,” has reached into the mainstream with a cameo appearance on HBO’s “Entourage” and the CNBC documentary “Porn: The Business of Pleasure."

“Reaching a million likes on Facebook is a testament to her commitment to her fans,” Digital Playground’s Online Product Manager Brian Tassels says.  “Despite being one of the most popular adult stars on the planet, Jesse has always remained grounded and appreciative of the support her fans have given her over the years. We couldn’t be more proud.”
