Chad Belville Joins KaiJack as CFO/General Counsel

PHOENIX, Arizona — Attorney Chad Belville joined KaiJack as CFO and general counsel, CEO Craig “CJ” Jackson announced today.

"I am thrilled to have Chad join the KaiJack team full time. We have worked together on various projects and he has been my attorney for years," Jackson said. "His strong background in Internet law and finance will be a significant asset to the company as we grow and expand our operations."

Founded in 2008, KaiJack LLC operates the KJCash.com affiliate program and recently acquired Badpuppy Enterprises, Inc. and And Dog Gone Media, Inc.

KJCash.com runs 24 gay sites in sundry niches, including Asian, Latino, straight guys, fetish and twinks. Celebrating its 18th online anniversary next month, Badpuppy is the oldest gay porn membership site and operates the Puppy Cash affiliate programs and ClubAmateurUSA.com.

"I have worked with CJ for many years and am very excited to join the company in this new capacity," Belville said. "It takes on even more meaning for me with the acquisition of Badpuppy.com because that was the first gay porn site I found on the internet back in 1997 when I started my coming out process."

Belville holds degrees in economics and accounting and began practicing as an attorney in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Iowa, Arizona, several federal courts and courts of appeal, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
