Penthouse Taps Rhonda Kratz as Affiliate Manager

LOS ANGELES — Penthouse.com has tapped adult industry veteran Rhonda Kratz as its new affiliate manager.

Kratz told XBIZ that she is excited and optimistic to be working for Penthouse.

“There’s a great vibe here and even some old friends, so it’s already going great for me,” she said. “ Also, within the current collection of affiliates, there are already a lot of great industry veteran site owners that have been sending traffic for many years, so it’s a nice fit for me.  I look forward to working with them to cultivate those relationships and watching their campaigns grow even more over the next several years.

Kratz's new role will focus exclusively on the paysites division of the company and she will oversee all affiliate relations and negotiate new business agreements for  Penthouse.com, Danni.com and Hotbox.com.

“You will still see me at the conferences and various events, as usual, only now I’ll be meeting current affiliates and looking for new business to work with these sites.”

Kratz said that Penthouse is a solid company that encourages creativity and spirit of teamwork.

“From top to bottom, the people are what make this company great,” she said. “Also, the system tools that have been created over the years to help clients promote are mind-blowing.  The infrastructure has been organized so that statistics and data are easily generated for just about anything you can dream of.

“New creatives for affiliates can be delivered very quickly too.  So these tools make my job much easier to get my affiliates what they need in a timely manner.”

Kratz has been working in adult for around 14 years in various industry roles. She spent nearly six years at the web department for New Sensations Cash where she handled customer service, affiliate management, updated websites and wrote scene descriptions.
