Aneros, Nexus Reach Mutual Agreement Over Patent Dispute

LOS ANGELES — High Island Health, LLC (Aneros) and Libertybelle Marketing Ltd (Nexus) have reached an agreement to resolve their dispute over the Aneros patent, U.S. Patent No. 5,797,950.

As part of the agreement, Libertybelle Marketing will not market, sell, or offer for sale the following Nexus products in the U.S.: Glide, Neo, Nero, Excel, Vibro, Titus, G-Rider, Ridge-Rider, Max 5 and Revo.

Any of the named Nexus products that were ordered by wholesalers and retailers in the U.S. prior to July 16, 2011, are protected and are allowed to be resold in the U.S. until the inventory is depleted, according to the agreement.

Aneros’ brand of prostate massagers were unaffected by the agreement with Libertybelle Marketing and continue to be for sale in the U.S. and abroad.

High Island Health (Aneros) and Libertybelle Marketing (Nexus) said that they are happy to resolve this lawsuit.

Aneros’ brand of prostate massagers has been on the market since 1997 as the original and only patented prostate massager design.
