Roger Pipe Joins Galaxy Awards Judges Panel

LOS ANGELES — Adult film critic Roger Pipe will be part of a panel of judges for the Galaxy Awards.

The event will focus on adult entertainment, performers and products.

Created by Spanish website MilkyWayChannel.com, the Galaxy Awards will consist of three rounds with winners in more than a dozen categories being announced next March.

“I am honored to have been invited to take part in the Galaxy Awards,” Pipe said.

“A global award to recognize the best in online adult entertainment is long overdue. Combining a fan vote with a panel of judges is a great way to determine the most worthy winners. I look forward to working with the other judges and with MilkyWayChannel.com.”

Galaxy Awards creator Xuancar is pleased to have Pipe on board.

“We are thrilled to add Roger Pipe and RogReviews.com to the expert panel for the Galaxy Awards," Xuancar said. "He brings credibility and a strong U.S. presence to the awards.”

The nominees will be determined in round one by an expert panel of judges.

Once the nominations for Best Male and Female Performer, Best Series, Best Website Design, Best Personal Website and more than a dozen other categories are complete, the voting will be turned over to fans.

Online voting will be open for a predetermined period of time, and the top three vote getters in each category will advance to the final round.

From the list of finalists, the expert panel of judges will select the winners. Voting will be complete and the winners will be announced on March 19, 2011.

Roger Pipe and RogReviews.com will be updating readers on the process at each step.
