Exit-Chat to Conduct Presentation at XBIZ LA

HOLLYWOOD — Sales recovery solutions provider Exit-Chat will be presenting a demonstration of its performance-based technology to boost paysite revenues and more at the upcoming XBIZ LA event in Hollywood.

Using its innovative "save a sale" SMARTagent solution to launch a chat window that engages customers who abandon a shopping cart, order form, or other online interaction, Exit-Chat employs artificial intelligence methods such as natural language parsing and key word expression along with brand-approved messaging, to answer questions and concerns that customers may have — while offering an incentive, such as a discount, to complete the transaction.

"As the market leader and market creator since 2005 of automated customer recovery chats, Exit-Chat is excited to be reviewing the latest features and functionality with our core 'save a sale' automated chat customer recovery solution," Exit-Chat CEO Rick Bennink told XBIZ. "We will also be unveiling a few new solutions including our newest platforms, Exit-Chat Mobile Recovery and Exit-Chat Adult Search Assist; along with many new ways to monetize and increase sales and revenues."

According to Bennink, with the addition of its mobile customer recovery solution, Exit-Chat clients now have a new way to recapture sales when someone leaves their mobile site.

"Exit-Chat Mobile Recovery is the newest platform developed to recapture and build our customer's mobile SMS marketing database to increase and recapture sales," Bennink said. "Adult Search Assist is the next generation to increase revenues and recapture sales for the non-paysite programs, including parked domains, Tube sites, review sites and any traffic network that does not sell a single site or product."

Bennink says that the company will also be announcing a special opportunity for attendees of the Exit-Chat demo at XBIZ LA.

The Exit-Chat demo is scheduled for Wednesday, February 10, at 11:30 a.m.
