NakedSword Takes Members Inside Folsom Street Festival

SAN FRANCISCO — Gay adult membership site NakedSword.com used its network of online properties to give members exclusive behind-the-scenes images, videos and articles of this year’s Folsom Street Festival.

The exclusive content was featured on the company’s suite of content providers, including GayPornBlog.com, TheSword and Internet gay talk show “The Tim and Roma Show.”

As the sponsor of two parties at the Folsom Street Fair, NakedSword was able to capture backstage action at the Chi Chi LaRue and Sister Roma's Pop Goes the Zipper on Sept. 25 and Raging Stallion's Man of the Year Party on Sept. 26.

The Sword broke the story that Austin Wilde and David Taylor were awarded Raging Stallion's top honors as 2009 Men of the Year, and Gay Porn Blog and The Sword split coverage of the parties.

The Sword also used go-go dance footage from Pop Goes The Zipper to create a "So You Think You Can Go-Go Dance?" contest featuring porn stars like TJ Hawke, Bruno Bond, Tristan Jaxx, Rocco Giovanni and David Taylor.

Readers cast votes over the past week to vote for their favorite porn star dancer, with TJ Hawke edging out Rocco Giovanni for top honors. For the full results, click here.
