FSC Adds New Human Resources Services Benefit

CANOGA PARK, Calif. — Human resource services company HR Monster has become a Free Speech Coalition affiliated vendor and announced that FSC members can receive a complimentary initial consultation to discuss human resource and business operations needs. The consultation has a value of $250.

“HR Monster takes a personalized approach to your organization's human resources and operational needs,” HR Monster founder Neda Ghazanfarpour said. “We know that every organization is unique in its own way and requires different approaches to different problems. As a result, we offer tailored solutions that you can purchase a la carte, on an as-needed basis, or as part of a larger package.”

Ghazanfarpour has 10 years experience in the adult industry, working with companies including Epoch and Channel 1 Releasing. She recently launched HR Monster after identifying the need for many adult companies to seek an expert consultant who can create a customized strategy to address specific concerns.

HR Monster services include recruiting, benefits setup and administration, conflict resolution and sexual harassment training.

“We welcome HR Monster as a new FSC member,” FSC Membership Director Joanne Cachapero said. “Neda’s innovative approach to helping companies improve their employee practices provides a great opportunity for adult businesses to create a better work environment, which leads to a better bottom line.”

Ghazanfarpour will also write a monthly article on HR-related topics for the FSC Xpress online newsletter.
