PasswordByPhone Offers Pay-Per-Minute Billing

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ Award winning Internet Payment Service Provider PasswordByPhone (PBP) has announced the release of its new pay-per-minute (PPM) billing system.

According to the company, the new system provides visitors with access to your member's area for the amount of time that the customer is connected to a premium rate number — and boasts the highest payouts within the industry.

"People paying for sex in the real world are not obliged to commit to a monthly subscription, so why should they in the virtual one?" PBP's Marc Jarrett told XBIZ. "Surfers like the anonymity and convenience afforded by this pay-as-you-go billing mechanism."

According to Jarrett, implementing the new payment option is easy for webmasters, since it works similarly to PBP's pay-per-access system; allowing existing clients to retain the post back scripts that they're already using on their sites.

"To get this going we simply need to make some updates to your package(s) at our end," Jarrett said. "Then you only need to add a small variable to the payment form link."

"Now instead of generating a token when calling, the system generates a username / password combination when the customer dials the access code on the screen," Jarrett added. "Of course when the customer hangs up the phone the username / password is removed from your end."
