Metro Content Opens New Studio

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Adult company Metro Content is opening a new, 4,000-square-foot soundstage/studio in Northridge, Calif.

Metro Content intends to use the studio for its own releases but will also make it available for producers and directors to rent.

“We are assembling a team of top photographers, videographers and directors to help run the studio smoothly,” Metro Content CEO Ben Jelloun said. “This studio not only will provide us with a cost-effective solution for production, but having a full-time team behind us will help the production process run smoother than ever.

“It’s time to streamline our production,” Jelloun said.

The space will be used for parties that will be broadcast over the web and a portion of the facility will be used to shoot web-only content, including web-cam girls.

Formerly Metro Interactive, the company was renamed Metro Content LLC in October following acquisition by Amsterdam-based Zeist Technologies. Prior to forming Z-Tech with a group of foreign investors, CEO Jelloun served in the same role for Interclimax, which provides live streaming of adult content. Jelloun specializes in traffic generation, Internet content sales through affiliates and online brand recognition.

The studios Video Team, Fusxion, Loaded Digital, Legal Pink, No Man’s Land Productions, Cal Vista and Toxxxic Entertainment all fall under the Metro umbrella.
